Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Wheels Up app and this website, provided by 3 Sixteen Studios. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Wheels Up tracks flights you save and sends alerts about them. Flight information comes from third-party data providers and can be late, incomplete or wrong. It is provided to help you, not as an official source. Always check your airline, your booking and airport screens before you travel, and do not rely on Wheels Up alone to catch a flight. Wheels Up is not affiliated with any airline.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details safe, and give us accurate information. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

Free trial

New accounts can use everything in Wheels Up free for 14 days. No payment details are needed to start. The trial belongs to your account and is not restarted by reinstalling the app. When it ends, a Premium subscription is needed to keep using the app.

Premium subscriptions

• Plans and prices: Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price for you, with any taxes, is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment: you pay through your Google Play account. Payments are handled by Google, not by us.
• Renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies. To ask for one, use Google Play's refund process or contact us and we will help where we can.
• Price changes: if the price changes, Google Play tells you and asks for your agreement where the law requires it.

Creator codes

Content creators may have a code that you can enter in the app to support them. A code does not change what you pay or what you get. If you subscribe after using a code, the creator may be paid a share of what you pay us. You can only use one code, and we may switch a code off at any time.

Using the app

Do not misuse the app: no attempting to break it, copy its data in bulk, overload it, access another person's account, or use it for anything unlawful. If you add friends, only share what you are comfortable sharing, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wheels Up running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and alerts depend on third-party data and your phone's settings. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.

Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, 3 Sixteen Studios is not responsible for losses caused by delayed, missing or incorrect flight information or alerts, including missed flights, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
